Order Cancellation Policy 

• Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. 
• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may wait for the package to arrive and request a return following our return policy.

• All returns require prior authorization and must be shipped back to our warehouse using a trackable postal service. All returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the RMA. 
• Unauthorized returns may be rejected. 
• Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may not be accepted. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for defective items. 
• Items marked as “Final Clearance” are not eligible for size exchange or returns due to unwanted or unopened items. 
• We do not offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions caused by our products. 
• We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using Registered Air Mail. A package is considered lost only if it has not arrived at our warehouse several months after the original shipping date.
