• Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-12 business days, depending on your location.

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the allowed timeframe, starting from the day you receive your order. You can submit an RMA request by contacting our Customer Service Team. 

Order Cancellation Policy 

• Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. 
• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may wait for the package to arrive and request a return following our return policy. 

How to Request a Return 

To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following information when contacting our Customer Service Team: 

• Your order number and Photos of products received 
• Product details, including name, size, color, or any variation if applicable 
• Reason for return, such as:

We assume that your package has arrived in good condition unless you contact us. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team for assistance. 

Return Guidelines 

• All returns require prior authorization and must be shipped back to our warehouse using a trackable postal service. All returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the RMA. 
• Unauthorized returns may be rejected. 
• Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may not be accepted. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for defective items. 
• Items marked as “Final Clearance” are not eligible for size exchange or returns due to unwanted or unopened items. 
• We do not offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions caused by our products. 
• We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using Registered Air Mail. A package is considered lost only if it has not arrived at our warehouse several months after the original shipping date. 

Refund Policy 

• Refunds for defective or unwanted items will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. 
• Shipping fees and discount coupons are non-refundable. 

Exchange Policy 

Defective Item Exchange 

• If an item is defective, we will replace it instead of providing a refund. 
• Customers must report defective items within 7 days of receiving them. 

Size Exchange 

• The item must be in brand-new, unused condition. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. 
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service. 

Unwanted or Unopened Item Return 

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging. 
• Customers bear the return shipping cost. 
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
